| PLEASE NOTE: Full payment is due upon booking for Pre-Show Seminars. Due to space limitations, cancellations will not be permitted. |
| Terms and Conditions: Rates quoted are PER NIGHT of participation. Please see "Daily Program" for set-up and show times. Once you have registered you will receive an invoice for your chosen nights of participation. To hold confirmed space, a signed contract must be accompanied by a deposit of $300.00 for each night of participation. An invoice for the balance due will be generated upon receipt of said contract and represent a just debt payable no later than 30 days prior to your first date of participation. Refunds will be made contingent on receipt of written notification of your withdrawal no later than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of your participation. Cancellations less than 60 days prior will result in forfeiture of 50% of payments received. A 100% penalty will apply with cancellations within 30 days of your participation. |
